We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Industrial Fan Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and marketing acumen to effectively promote and sell industrial fan products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide technical support and product information to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the HVAC/ industrial fan industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and products, particularly fans.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
