About the Role
As a Telecaller for the India Process, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers professionally, understanding their requirements, and driving conversations towards appointments or sales conversions.
The role requires confidence, strong communication skills, and a target-oriented mindset. Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn will perform well in this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects in the Indian market
- Initiate and manage conversations professionally and confidently
- Schedule appointments or drive sales conversions
- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant solutions
- Handle objections and maintain effective communication
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes
- Meet daily and weekly calling targets and performance goals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth follow-up processes
Requirements
- Fluent communication skills in English and/or Hindi
- Strong confidence while speaking on calls
- Ability to manage conversations and handle objections effectively
- Sales-oriented and appointment-setting mindset
- Positive attitude and goal-driven approach
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and calling platforms is preferred (not mandatory)
- Comfortable working in day shift timings
