This is an individual contributor role focused on B2C sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, handling customer interactions, and closing sales effectively.

Working Days: Saturday & Sunday compulsory working; weekly off can be taken between Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage prospective customers effectively
- Drive 100% B2C sales activities
- Generate and source prospective appointments for sales
- Manage end-to-end sales processes including lead generation through cold calling and open market activities
- Schedule appointments and conduct personal meetings with prospects
- Deliver effective sales presentations to potential customers
- Handle direct meetings, exhibition sales, and web-generated leads
- Manage HFRP (Happy Family Reference Program) activities
- Address customer concerns and escalations efficiently
- Convert prospects into customers through effective relationship-building and sales strategies
- Work in a customer-facing sales environment as a Customer Direct Sales Officer (CDSO) profile
Candidate Requirements
- 2–7 years of relevant sales experience
- Candidates from membership, hospitality, insurance, policy, or similar sales backgrounds will be preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with excellent presentation abilities
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
- Highly enthusiastic, diligent, and target-driven approach
- Comfortable working in a field sales and customer interaction environment
- Male/Female candidates with strong communication proficiency preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Experience in B2C sales or direct sales environments
- Candidates with long-term career orientation and customer-centric mindset will be preferred
