Job Description:
The Assistant Manager – Lead Generation will be responsible for engaging with CXOs and mid-level management of top global brands, conducting internet research to identify suitable companies, and utilizing provided tools to find contact details of Points of Contact (POC). The candidate will demonstrate excellent writing and calling skills to engage with prospects via LinkedIn calls and emails, scheduling online and face-to-face meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with CXOs and mid-level management of top global brands.
- Conduct internet research to identify suitable companies based on predefined parameters.
- Utilize provided tools to find contact details of Points of Contact (POC).
- Demonstrate excellent writing and calling skills to engage with prospects via LinkedIn calls and emails, scheduling online and face-to-face meetings.
- Represent our services in App development, web and mobility, Cybersecurity, Cloud, e-commerce, Portals, etc.
- Convert opportunities into leads; if unable to close, pass the lead to the Manager.
- Research 10-20 leads daily and qualify 10-20 leads per quarter.
Salary:
- 6-10 LPA INR
- Negotiable for the right candidate.
- Salary structure: 60-40% split; 40% variable based on meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), paid in full upon target achievement.
- Year-end bonuses based on lead closures.
