A leading IT Hardware technology solutions provider in the Middle East is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Channel Business Development Executive reporting to the Country Manager and BU Head.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sales and marketing, implementation of sales strategy and its commercial success, as well as the acquisition and maintenance of sales channels and teams from B2C segments.
Responsibilities:
Channel Development:
- Plans and directs all aspects of an organization’s channel development policies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Develops and implements sales strategies with partner channels in order to maximize revenue and meet sales goals.
- Represents the company in all activities associated with reseller/channel support.
Sales Training:
- Provides product and sales training to manufacturer representatives, integrators, and end-users to help them understand the products including how and when they should be used according to their specific application
Partner Communication:
- Communicates regularly with partners (existing and potential) on new products, services, and potential new programs.
Performance Management:
- Manages and performs all activities related to selling IT hardware products through channels for the assigned region.
- Identifies non-performing or misaligned indirect channel partners.
- Works alongside the contact canter manager to deliver the numbers and drive performance.
Client Retention:
- Finds and retains clients, encourages extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remains abreast of changes in consumption.
Sales Contracts:
- Prepares sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
Record Keeping:
- Keeps records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
After-Sales Support:
- Provides trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Relationship Building:
- Builds long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements:
- Graduate with any discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in channel sales with IT hardware resellers or distribution companies (who are selling Computers, Printers, Monitors, Laptops Etc. not accessories), Or 3 to 5 years experience in telecom Company as channel manager or telecom lead handling (Selling Handset) preferable
- Age group upto 40 years preferred.
- Honest, dedicated, hardworking, disciplined, fluent in English, go-and-gather type of candidates are preferable.
- Computer literate (MS Office, Outlook Must).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
Location: Dubai
Salary & Perks:
- CTC for the position: open for discussion tax free + quarterly incentives.
