We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Pre-Primary Mother Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and engaging classroom environment, promoting the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of young children, and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum.
  • Conduct classroom activities, including storytelling, art, music, and play-based learning.
  • Monitor and supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
  • Provide individual attention to children to support their emotional, social, and academic development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children’s progress and any concerns.
  • Organize and participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and comprehensive pre-primary program..

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline / Early Years Foundation Stage + Bachelor’s Degree in Education
  • Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and early childhood education principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the lead teacher and other staff members.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
