Job Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for monitoring the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. The candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, presentation skills and leadership qualities and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.
• Active participation in Sprint planning and Retrospective meetings with customer.
• Delegate work, monitor work progress, identify and resolve dependencies, adhere to quality standards, escalate schedule risks, and identify mitigation options.
• Experience in functional requirements reviews with product management and marketing teams.
• Handle multisite project execution.
• Travel locally as needed.
• Work as an advocate for team needs such as software, equipment, and training.
• Maintain strong focus on customer service to all internal clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and requests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT or Software development.
• Experience in managing projects with Java/J2EE technology.
• Experience in all phases of Software Life Cycle, Agile Methodology.
• Experience in the complete product development life cycle (Involving HW, FW, FPGA, Testing etc.).
• Proficiency in management tools like Azure, JIRA.
• Experience in requirement analysis, estimation, and strategy.
• Proficient in project related documentation such as BRD, SRS, User and training Manual etc.
• Certifications (At least two) in Agile Program Management, PMP or Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP), Agile Product owner, Scrum Master.

Salary:

• 18-23 LPA INR
• Negotiable for the right candidate.
