We are looking for a Quality & CNC Programming Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
Domain: Manufacturing Metal Industries
– Develop and maintain CNC programs for production runs
– Machining & Measurement system
– CNC programming (Turning & VMC)
– Perform quality checks with the machine operator to ensure the program is producing parts according to specifications (QMS)
– Revise programs and documentation based on engineering changes
– Maintain a library of programs
– Study and interpret drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces, sequence of operations, and setup requirements to maximize efficiencies
– Develop routers for projects
– Develop and design work holding and select cutting tools
– Sheet metal & Heavy Fabrication with Welding experience preferred
– Knowledge of Relevant codes & Standards
– Knowledge of Heat treatment & Metal Surface treatment preferred
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
– Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in CNC programming and quality control
– Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes
– Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
– Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or logistical problems that arise
– Ability to work independently and closely follow directions is essential
– Should have a positive and professional attitude
– Available to work weekends and overtime
– Capable of standing for extended periods of time
– Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for short periods of time
Salary & Perks:
– 5 LPA tp 7 LPA
– Willing to relocate to Pune when selected
– Willing to join immediately
