- Ensure that all civil construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and budgeting of all civil construction projects.
- Manage the company’s civil construction team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
- Negotiate and execute contracts with clients and suppliers.
- Monitor safety and environmental compliance on all civil construction projects.
- Represent the company to clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Budgeting, Construction Management, and Project Management skills
- Excellent knowledge of Infrastructure, Civil Engineering, and construction projects
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams and projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate and coordinate with teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 15+ years of experience in civil construction
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience in the Gulf and African regions is a plus
- Should be able to read, speak, write in French
