As a Telecaller for the International US Process, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers professionally, understanding their requirements, and driving conversations towards appointments or sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects in the US market
- Initiate and manage conversations professionally and confidently
- Schedule appointments or drive sales conversions
- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant solutions
- Handle objections and maintain effective communication
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes
- Meet daily and weekly calling targets and performance goals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth follow-up processes
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and comprehension)
- Strong confidence while speaking on calls
- Ability to manage conversations and handle objections effectively
