About the Company
Our Client is a leading motor manufacturing company in India, operating under the Brazilian multinational WEG S.A. Industries. With manufacturing locations in Kolkata and Ahmedabad, and specializes in high-quality LV motors for various industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and marketing of LV Motors in assigned regions.
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Engage with major consultants, OEMs, EPCs, and end-users.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue goals.
- Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close orders.
- Coordinate between market units, factory, and customers for approvals and inspections.
- Ensure timely follow-up for payments and order processing.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).
- Experience: 8-10 years in frontline sales, preferably in LV motors or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of the LV Motors market.
- Experience in dealing with OEMs, EPCs, consultants, and government/PSU companies.
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
