Role and Responsibilities:
As an Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of young learners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Curriculum Delivery:
- Designing and implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for Children
- Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth.
- Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
- Regularly assessing students’ progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Classroom Management:
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encouraging active participation and collaboration among students.
- Parent Communication:
- Building strong partnerships with parents and guardians.
- Conducting parent-teacher conferences and sharing student progress reports.
- Professional Development:
- Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Staying updated with best practices in children education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Masters Degree + B. Ed (Subject Specific)
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in CBSE curriculum setting
- Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
- Valid for Qatar local and Candidates from India.
- Willing to move to Qatar when selected
